Splenda...

What exactly is Splenda?

It is sucralose which is made through a process that selectively replaces three hydrogen-oxygen atoms for three atoms of chlorine on the sucrose molecule.

In a simple sentence, you would just as soon have a pesticide in your food as sucralose because sucralose (Splenda) is a chlorocarbon. The chlorocarbons have long been known for causing organ, genetic, and reproductive damage. The testing of sucralose reveals that it can cause up to 40 percent shrinkage of the thymus: a gland that is the very foundation of our immune system. Sucralose also causes swelling of the liver and kidneys, and calcification of the kidney.

No artificial sweetener will be safe to the body. It simply causes the body to work harder longer.

Take the time to read a label and make your own drinks.

Use 100% juice.
Add sparkling water.
Add lemon.

Whatever you do, give thanks.
